VMware Browser Appliance.

Today I took VMware Browser Appliance for a spin on my windows machine. Browser Appliance is an VMware image that runs on Ubuntu and is around 250MB. You can run it from VMware. They developed it to browse safely around the internet for the ultra paranoid among us. When I openened it I was surprised; They stripped a complete Ubuntu and left only the tools you need:

- Mozilla FireFox
- Terminal Client
- Document viewer
- Other Ubuntu tools.

Wow, this is actually very dope! It boots up very fast and immediately shows you a full platform ready to surf the web pretty safely. To my opinion this virtualization is really going to replace physical hardware. Actually a virtual player should be default in Windows from the beginning. Sitting like a sandbox between you and the webserver. Cool stuff if you ask me.
